So before explaining my experience i would like to say Adam is a nice guy, very polite but as a whole it took the excitement out for me. Brought a BMW M140i from this dealer and while the car itself is mechanically and drives well, the overall sale experience was disappointing.The car was advertised with a warranty that was not provided due to it being tuned. It was also sold with a claimed performance figure, but after having the car independently checked and dyno tested, it produced alot less power than expected just days after purchase The car also had budget tyres, bodywork issues, dents/scratches, every wheel curbed, engine being warm upon arrival, making a rattling noise on test drive and other issues that did not justify the asking price in my opinion.I purchased the car with the understanding that it was retail prepped to a decent standard but the experience was no different than buying one off Facebook marketplace.The main issue for me was not that the car was bad, because it isn’t. The issue was that it was overpriced for its actual condition/spec, and there was no willingness to move even slightly on price despite clear faults and compromises even just a few hundred pounds. If the car had been described and priced more honestly, I would have viewed the experience very differently.

If it was possible to give 10 stars i would, Adam is a really fantastic guy. Answered all of our questions without hesitation. He really knows his stuff, even helped us get a better rate on the finance, saved us alot of money. Will not only be returning to buy my next car but i will be referring all of my family and friends to him aswell. Super Guy !
